Preparing Your Coffee Base for Iced Drinks
Start by selecting high-quality coffee beans and grinding them fresh with the Ninja Luxe™ Café Mini’s built-in burr grinder. Use the weight-based dosing feature for precise coffee grounds, ensuring a rich flavor base for your iced creations.
- Grind enough beans for your desired strength – a finer grind works well for espresso shots, while a coarser grind suits drip coffee.
- Use the machine’s automatic calibration to get consistent results every time.
Brewing the Perfect Espresso Shot
Once your beans are ground, brew a shot of espresso directly into a heatproof glass or mug. The Ninja Luxe™ Café Mini’s adaptive brewing technology helps you customize extraction for optimal flavor.
- Select the espresso setting and use the weight-based dosing for accuracy.
- For a stronger taste, brew a double shot or adjust the grind size accordingly.
Assembling Your Iced Espresso Drink
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the freshly brewed espresso over the ice, then add your choice of milk or milk alternative for a latte or cappuccino. Use the manual steam wand to create frothy milk or foam for a creamy finish.
- For a classic iced latte, add steamed milk and stir well.
- For a frothy cappuccino, use the steam wand to create foam before pouring over the ice.
Tips for the Perfect Summer Coffee Experience
